Developmental Screening ASQ

A developmental screening is a brief, easy-to-use tool to identify young children who may benefit from further assessment. Early Childhood Utah has opted to use the Ages and Stages Questionnaire (ASQ) suite of tools to help parents and a range of service providers work together to begin to decide which additional supports, if any, a particular child could benefit from. The ASQ is available in two forms: the ASQ-3, which considers overall development in areas such as communication, gross and fine motor, problem solving, and personal/social; and the ASQ:SE-2, which stands for social-emotional and focuses solely on this crucial aspect of development in depth.

For more information, referral and coordination services or to obtain an ASQ for your child please email Justin Nuckles.
